I raised brand awareness using digital, print, and social media. The content I created strategically targeted whom we were trying to reach with a message they wanted to hear on the platforms they frequented. My “Summer in Centerville” campaign to honor first responders was my favorite.

Integration Edge was a division of RDSI. I was the creative-thinking, problem-solving Brand Marketing Manager. I loved applying the experience I gained working in broadcast television, ministry, education, energy efficiency, and information technology to solve challenges for businesses and non-profits. I was a trusted advisor who unified teams, facilitated processes, and shepherded implementation of deliverables. Ask me how I saved my company $19,800 to upskill eight team members, developed a story around it, then secured promotion for the story.

I was the liaison between the client and RDSI. I advocated for the client’s needs and satisfied their concerns quickly and efficiently. I developed strategic marketing plans, ensured KPIs were met, and suggested future goals to consider. This is how I learned how to build customer relationships into long-term partnerships.

I managed the Small Business Direct Install and Multi-family Direct Install programs for Dayton Power and Light (now aes). I recruited participants to the program through outreach and public relations. I supervised two teams of installers while managing inventory, filling the participant pipeline, quality control, and ensuring compliance for both programs. My biggest achievement was being promoted to this position from Program Specialist at the suggestion of my manager’s supervisor.

In addition to the Program Coordinator duties listed below, I processed contracts bringing them in under budget, managed product inventory, and analyzed data for monthly program production and financial reporting requirements. I managed marketing and outreach for start up programs. I was promoted from Program Coordinator.

Program Coordinator, CLEAResult, Consulting, Inc. Dayton, OH – 2014-2017

I provided administrative, financial, and customer support to the delivery of programs and services to CLEAResult clients, customers, contractors, and field staff. I consistently exceeded (98% and above) client goals. I processed in excess of 8,000 rebates for energy savings initiatives per year. My average time between the successful completion of an application and the check mailed to the customer was 7.9 business days. I assisted in the resolution of customer issues. I coordinated over 160 contractors, training them on program rules and technology. I managed equipment inventory: ordering, distributing, processing, accounting, and quality control. I assisted in planning and executing events.
